Yes, public auctions are open to both the public and dealers. Admittance of the public is subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the policies for each location.

Any member of the public who is a licensed driver and at least 18 years of age is eligible to attend one of our auctions.

You cannot test drive a vehicle at any time.

To register for the auction, you must come in person to our location with valid ID before the sale. If you plan on coming the day of the sale to register, please be sure to get here 30 minutes before the sale you wish to attend.

Our preview times are Tuesdays from 8 am to 5pm and Wednesdays from 8am to 10am. You must be registered to preview any vehicles.

Proof of current insurance is required.

All sales are sold "as is, where is." All sales are final.

Our forms of payment are check, ACH, wire, and cashiers check. Below is the ACH form you can fill out and email to acct@houstonaa.com to have us bill your account.

All buyers have two business days to pay for their vehicles.

GSA Sales are held both on location at 2000 Cavalcade St, Houston TX, 77009 and online. Only Dealers are allowed to bid online. To sign up online please press the “Login” button at the top right of the page. All public buyers must register at our location before you can bid on vehicles.

If you are a public buyer please fill out the buyer registration form below with a valid form of ID and email it to registration@houstonaa.com. You can also register in person at our 2000 Cavalcade St, Houston TX, 77009 location. It is suggested to register no later than the Friday prior to the GSA sale date to avoid long lines and delays.
